Five years of late evenings in the garage and testing on snow has resulted in a revolutionary ski core material and was transferred by our engineers into the patented bCores technology. This technology combines the low density of the best structural foam or the world's lightest wood, with the high shear strength of flax fiber composites. The core material can be processed like wood, is one of the lightest on the market and provides this "woody" feeling we all love. Today we offer a range of three product groups for the use in Winter- and Watersport applications as well as other industries:

The D200 (flax & balsa wood) is the latest development and most robust solution for lightweight skis and boards. AT-, XC-, Kite- and Wakeboardbrands use the D120, a combination of recycled PET foam and flax fibers to build the lightest and best damped tools on the planet. The D090 version is our solution for ultra-lightweight applications.

All materials are avaiable either as entire blocks or in near net-shape planks or in your specific dimensions. The smart and innovative near net-shape ski cores have been delevoped by Bcomp to save time, money and decrease waste for ski builders.

Our bCores can perfectly be combined with our non crimp  ampliTex^® fabrics as face reinforcements.  We also offer to recalculate your bCore thickness profiles to match your current stiffness properties. Please contact us here for support.
