ampliTex^®non crimp fabrics

We control the natural fibre quality, the yarn thickness and the twist for the highly automated production of our non crimp fabrics. The drapability and mechanical performance of our fabrics are optimized modern composite manufacturing. All fibres are perfectly aligned and do not crimp.

Our non crimp fabrics result in the strongest and stiffest natural fibre composites currently on the market. Use half the weight of your current glass fibres to reach the same performance in your composite part and increase the dampening properties by three times.

Architecture: non crimp, tex 106, witdth 350 mm

Properties: 300 gsm, ud fabric for perfect stress transfer and damping. Composite properties: Tensile Modulus 32 GPa, Tensile Strength 383 MPa
